We use the Discord API to enable login and verification. When logging in, we receive a unique token via Discord that gives us access to the following information:

• Email address
• Discord User ID

This data is only stored by us when you choose to use our services by logging in and accepting our privacy policy. Please note that Discord’s terms and policies apply.

2. The use of Loops.so

For sending newsletters we use Loops.so. In Loops.so we store the following information:

• E-mail address
• Discord User ID
• Date and time of subscription to the newsletter
• Subscription status (whether or not you are subscribed to the newsletter)

Loops and their privacy policy also apply.

Deregisting and deleting data

- You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by sending a specific command via our Discord-bot, T-Unlimited.
- You can also unsubscribe directly via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
- If you wish, you can have your account completely removed from Loops.so by contacting us via Discord.

3. Purposes of data processing

The data we store is used for the following purposes:

• Sending periodic newsletters and updates.
• Adding users to our Discord community server.
• Verification that the specified email address is active and belongs to the user who logs in.
• Automatic assignment of roles within our Discord server.
